Tommie Philip Alatorre, Jr. age 67, of San Antonio, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family on Wednesday, April 1, 2015.
Tommie served in the U.S. Army and was a Purple Heart and Bronze Star recipient from his Vietnam tour. He retired from the Postal Service after 38 years of dedicated service.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Inez Valles, father, Tomas Alatorre, and mother, Nina DeLeon.
He is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Rosalinda Tamez Alatorre; daughters, Denise Flores and husband, Jon, and Susan Alatorre and Jeremy Myers; granddaughters, Christine Flores and Celia Flores; numerous cousins and friends.
