Tommie Ann Rice passed away Friday, March 31, 2017 in San Antonio, Texas. She is survived by her children, Vanessa Mitchell, Timothy Lee Berry, and Robert Wiggins III; and other loving family.
Visitation will take place Sunday, April 9, 2017 at 12:00 p.m. with a funeral service at 2:00 p.m. at Sunset Funeral Home Chapel. Services will conclude in the chapel.
