Mr. Tommy Rodriguez, age 73, passed away on Thursday, October 14, 2021 in San Antonio, Texas. He was born August 19, 1948, in San Antonio to parents, Filemon and Augusta Rodriguez Martinez. Mr. Rodriguez was a veteran, proudly serving his country as a Sergeant in the U.S. Air Force during and after the Vietnam War.
Tommy retired after 28 years at HEB and was regularly celebrated as a top performing member of his teams. He learned to be a talented ballroom dancer as well as guitar player with particular skill playing Flamenco music.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Philemon and Augusta Rodriguez Martinez;
He is survived by his children, Brian Rodriguez and Wayne Rodriguez and by his brothers and sister: Emilio Rodriguez; Larry Rodriguez; and Mable Goldsmith
The family will receive friends for a visitation on Sunday, December 5, 2021, from 2:00-4:00 PM at the Porter Loring Mortuary North Chapel.
