A gifted teacher and educator, Tonie crafted a distinguished career in Special Education at Bradley Middle School, Laurel Ridge Hospital and most recently as a Behavioral Educational Specialist in the East Central School District.
She enjoyed the roses of her garden; traveling to England, Wales and Ireland; flying their plane with her husband; and her participation in historical re-enactment. As Baroness Brianna, she was the embodiment of a noble and gracious Lady.
She is survived by her mother, Emily Jeanne Welch; brother Wayne Walker Cluff; and her loving and devoted husband, soul-mate, partner and best friend, Bob Kelley.
Tonie, you will forever be my inspiration and the brightest star in my sky. Until we are reunited in heaven, remember our special words - Love, Hope, Strength, Grace and Blessings.
