Trey was a 2002 graduate of Madison High School, where he had been a member of the varsity football and baseball teams. He had taken advance placement-honors classes and was a member of the debate team. Trey was a senior at the University of Texas in Austin, where he was seeking a degree in applied math and computer science. He was a member of Zeta Psi Fraternity. He enjoyed building his own computers, skeet shooting, scuba diving, intramural sports, family and friends.
He is survived by his parents, Bill and Deborah Ehrhardt, Jr. of San Antonio; a sister, Brooke Ehrhardt of San Antonio; his grandparents, Bill and Jo Ehrhardt, Sr., and Rudy and Jackie Tschoerner; his great-grandmother, Henrietta Maxwell, all of Corpus Christi; uncles and aunts, Barbara and Mike Burch, and Rick and Nancy Ehrhardt, all of Arlington, Nancy and Mike Dawkins of Austin, Dave and Debbie Ehrhardt of Marietta, GA, and Rudy and Patti Churner of Celina, TX; and numerous cousins.
