Tyrese Ladale Franklin

Tyrese Ladale Franklin, 17, passed away on, May 27, 2017 in Spring Branch, Texas. He was born on August 2, 1999 in Alma, Michigan. Tyrese lived in San Antonio for three years after relocating from Wisconsin. He graduated from San Antonio Leadership Academy in March 2017. During his time in San Antonio, he was involved in Varsity Football, Lacrosse, wrestling, enjoyed drawing, skateboarding, and video games. Tyrese was a natural, he had a gift, everything that he did, he was great at.

Tyrese is loved by his family and friends so deeply, to know him, was to love him. He is remembered most for his amazing smile and light that shined from within. He could brighten your day with just his presence. Tyrese loved to laugh, no matter how sad or upset you were, he would make you smile. Tyrese is missed by everyone who loved him, but he will forever remain in their hearts.

He was preceded in death by grandfather, Terry Rush; great-grandparents, Angelita Tripp and Elmer Tripp and Jack Pannill.

Tyrese is survived by his mother, Shannon M. Tripp (David Gonzales); father, Terrence (Sarah Franklin); sister, Janetta Bozarth; brother, Jesus (Chuy) Gonzales; sister, Madison Doolittle; sister, Liliana Nolen; sister, Lauryn Franklin; brother, Xzavier Gonzales; brother, Liam Nolen; sister, Baya Nolen; maternal grandmother, Barbara Tripp; maternal grandfather, Mandy Tripp; paternal grandmother, Priscilla Franklin; great grandmother, Leota Pannill. He was also loved by many aunts, uncles and cousins.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Thursday, June 1, 2017, at Porter Loring Mortuary North.
