Ubil “Buddy” Flores, Jr. was born in Crescent City, CA on February 4, 1961 and entered eternal rest on August 26, 2012 in San Antonio, TX. Buddy was a proud veteran of the United States Air Force, serving in Desert Storm. He was a very loving and giving person, and was loved by many friends and will be greatly missed. Surviving are his wife of 20 years, Nilda Flores and Chocolate Chip. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, September 4, 2012 from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Sunset Funeral Home. For those who wish, viewing will be available on Wednesday, September 5, 2012 from 8:00 a.m. until 9:15 a.m. at the funeral home, and a graveside service will follow at 9:45 a.m. at Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery. A reception will follow at Sunset Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Wounded Warriors Project.
