

Harry was a Viet Nam combat veteran who proudly served his country with honor. He was a faithful member of the Cornerstone Church where he served for many years as chief of one of the parking crews. Harry was born October 12, 1930 in Wallace, West Virginia to Marcus Shaw and Roa Ellive Murphy. He was later adopted by James A. and Ruby Webb.
He joined the Air Force in 1951 and eventually became a flight engineer on the C-121 aircraft. After retiring from the Air Force, Harry had a successful career in auto diagnostic equipment sales with the Sun Equipment Company. He was well known for his integrity, his helpful nature, and for the many long term relationships he developed with his accounts.
Harry had a passion for country music and for southern gospel. He was a musician and played in several combos while in the Air Force. He also loved the country and enjoyed his piece of property along the San Antonio River near Poth, Texas.
He is preceded in death by his parents, his brother John Shaw, his sister Ann Shaw, and by the love of his life, his wife of 46 years, Wanda.
He is survived by his brothers, Robert Shaw and wife Karen of Ohio, Gary Shaw and wife Janie, George Shaw and wife Norma of West Virginia, and Wayne Shaw and wife Caroline of Alabama, his sisters, Patsy Rohr and Carol Binneger of West Virginia, his children, Jim Webb and wife Elizabeth; Vickie Wilkerson and husband Ronnie; grandchildren, Crystal Wilkerson Mercado, Ryan Wilkerson, Rhonda Wilkerson Powell and husband Carl, Kristofer Webb and wife Rachel, Alekzander Webb Anthony Webb, and Nikolas Webb, and great grandchildren, Sean, Byron, and Zander, all of San Antonio.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 9, 2012, at Cornerstone Church, Hagee Prayer Chapel.
