He was born January 15, 1943 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Seymour Brigham and Ruth Driggs Hansen.
After retiring from the Air Force, he started Catering by Keith and continued on in several businesses, catering for stars as they came through South Texas.
Keith was a member of VFW Post 8541, Texas Restaurant Association, San Antonio Greater Chamber of Commerce, Vice President of DBC Group and The U.S. Navy Blue Angels.
Keith is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Carol Hansen; sons, Eldon James Hansen, Gregory Thomas Hansen and wife, Julianne, Adam Wade Hansen and wife, Megan; daughter, Diane Marie Hansen-Chaito and husband, Chawki; eight grandchildren; one great-grandchild; sister, Sharon Reay and husband, Tony and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 21, 2016 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Porter Loring Mortuary North. Service will be Monday, August 22, 2016 at 9:30 a.m. at Church of Jesus Christ Latter-Day Saints, 15200 Judson Road.
Interment with military honors at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
