

SMSgt. Kim L. Larson, age 79, passed away on Tuesday, November 4, 2014 in Cocoa Beach, Florida. Kim was born on November 1, 1935 in Gunnison, Utah, to Leon and Verna Larson. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Don Larson; sisters, Faye Winter and Maxine Horton. Kim is survived by his wife Judith A. Larson; daughters, Dawna Larson (Jim May) and Pamela Frost; brother, Bob Larson (Geri); sister in law, Marie Larson; step-children, Kelli Burke (Robert), Scott Sherrill (Sara) and Michael Sherrill; grandchildren, Kyle Campbell (Lauren), Chase Frost, Curran Sherrill (Brei), Ian Sherrill (Sierra), Seth Sherrill, Aileen Sherrill and Vincent Pendergrass (Christina); great-grandchildren, Liam Campbell, Arabelle Sherrill, Ian J. Sherrill, Aven Sherrill, Rosie Pendergrass and numerous nieces and nephews.
Kim was a decorated Vietnam War veteran. He retired from the United States Air Force in 1980 after 26 years of dedicated service.
