He was born in Pocatello, Idaho to Lewis Gordon Baker and Beatrice Beulah (Bramblett) Baker on 1 May 1946.
He was preceded in death by his father, Lewis Gordon Baker, and his sister, Patricia Sue (Baker) Maxwell.
Bill is survived by his wife of 46 years, Jolene Cinda (Nielsen) Baker; son Brian Baker; daughter MarCinda (Baker) Buttie; daughter-in-law Marielena (Vera) Baker; son-in-law Steve Buttie; grandchildren Bradley Barrett and Desiree Flores; mother, Beatrice (Baker) Siesser; and numerous loving extended family and friends.
