Valeria Alejandra Gutierrez Gomez

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Valeria Alejandra Gutierrez Gomez, who entered into rest on June 29, 2026 in San Antonio,TX at the tender age of 33. She was born on November 12, 1992 in Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas, Mexico.

Valeria lived a life filled with love, laughter and cherished memories. She found joy in spending time with her children and family. She loved music and and was truly spirited.

She is preceded in death by her father, Nabor Garcia; maternal grandfather, Francisco Malacara; maternal grandmother, Bengelina Perez; aunt, Guadalupe Gomez.

Valeria is survived by her husband, Juan C. Trejo; children, Carlos Trejo Jr., Cristofer Trejo, Destiny Trejo, Marco Garza Jr., Madelyn Trejo and Iris Amaya Trejo; mother, Maria Gomez; siblings, Yajaira Gutierrez, Jose Gutierrez, Lamberto Garcia, Michaela Garcia and Emmanuel Garcia; nephew Junior (Negrito) Garcia; also other nieces and nephews.

The Visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 12, 2026 at Funeraria Del Angel Trevino, 226 Cupples Rd., San Antonio,TX 78237 followed by a Rosary at 7:00 p.m. The Visitation will continue overnight and The Funeral Procession will depart on Monday, July 13, 2026 at 9:15 a.m. for a 10:00 a.m. Mass of The Resurrection at St. Henry Catholic Church, 1619 S. Flores St., San Antonio,TX 78204. Services will conclude at the church.
