Veronica Renee Pais

Veronica Renee Pais, 71, went to be with the Lord on September 15th, 2024. She was born in Fort Benning, Georgia on August 6th, 1953, the daughter of the late William Marshall Harrell and Lois Meldetta Morgan. Her father was in the United States Army, and as a child she was able to travel the world, stationed in places like England and Hawaii, and eventually settling in San Antonio, Texas where she later started a family.

Veronica was a truly kind woman and loved her family and friends dearly. Her laugh was contagious. She had a strong faith and a love for Jesus in her heart. She loved animals and took many into her home to care for them like they were her own.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother William Rodney Harrell and husband Scott Anthony Pais.

Veronica is survived by her brother Roy Harrell, her two sons Christopher and Brian Tandy, daughters-in-law, both Jessica Tandy. Her grandchildren Kaitlin, Lindsey, Dylan, Lilly, Kristen, Megan, Alexis, Jacob, Kylie, and great grandchild, Waylon. Her nieces Jennifer and Kimberly, and nephew Robert. She also leaves behind her dear friend Alvin Gilbert and her pets whom she adored.

She will be greatly missed.

The funeral will be a private intimate service at the request of the family.
