Born in Cuba, Vicente left his homeland in his twenties in search of new opportunities and a brighter future. Though he built a new life elsewhere, he never lost the warmth, traditions, and vibrant spirit of his Cuban roots. After nearly 44 years, Mr. Perez achieved a lifelong milestone by becoming a United States citizen in September 2025.
Vicente was known for his joyful personality and generous heart. His kindness, laughter, and positive outlook left a lasting impression on everyone fortunate enough to know him.
One of his greatest joys was cooking. He took pride in preparing traditional Cuban dishes and delighted in sharing meals with family and friends. Music and dancing were also at the center of his life. Whether singing along or dancing to the rhythms of salsa and merengue, his enthusiasm was contagious, and he brought life to every celebration.
A dedicated and hardworking man, Vicente spent more than 20 years working in the dry-cleaning industry before continuing his career in hotel services. He was respected for his strong work ethic, reliability, and the care he showed to both his colleagues and the people he served.
He will be deeply missed and forever remembered with love by his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.
