She was preceded in death by her four sisters and her beloved husband, Henry Geisel Ringler.
Viola is survived by her daughters, Romaine and her husband, John N. Moran and Debbie and her husband, Gary W. Seidel; eight grandchildren, Kimberly Shep Maginn, Connie Hall, Larry Yvette Nees, Bill Kim Nees, Mark Linda Nees, Debbie "Scootie" Rino Simpson, Donny Baer, and Lee Baer; 16 great-grandchildren; five great-great grandchildren. Mrs. Ringler is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews across the United States. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 12, 2010 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Porter Loring.
