Violet "Vicki" May Wright

Violet “Vicki” May Wright, born on August 29, 1932 in Ephrata, PA, was called home to be with the Lord, on September 21, 2017 in Schertz, TX at the age of 85. She is preceded in death by her loving husband Floyd Lee Wright Sr., brothers Ralph Binkley, Melvin Binkley and parents Anna Mary and Melvin Binkley. Violet enjoyed gardening, decorating and sewing in her free time. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. Violet is survived by her loving children; Rus Binkley (Kathy), Maureen Tanury (James), Floyd Wright, Randall Wright, Alan Wright (Adele), sister; Barbara Dame (Dan), sister in law; Arena Murphy, grandchildren; Jana, Kara, Emma, Brandyn, Taylor, Danielle, great grandchildren; Holden, Beckett, Wyatt, Bentley and Brady, and several nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be held on Friday, September 29, 2017 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Sunset Funeral Home, 1701 Austin Highway, San Antonio, Texas, 78217. A Funeral Service will be held at 10:30 am on Saturday, September 30, 2017 at MacArthur Park Church of Christ, 1907 NE Interstate 410 San Antonio, TX 78217 with Interment to follow at a later date at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
