Virginia R. Aleman born on January 24, 1921 in San Antonio, Texas, went home to be with the Lord on December 30, 2011 at the age of 90. She is preceded in death by her husband Marcos I. Aleman; siblings Michaela Mendoza (Lucas), Ascencion Ramirez (Aurora), Feliciano Ramirez; parents Epitacio Ramirez and Maria Rodriguez Ramirez.
She is survived by her sons Marcos Aleman and John Aleman; sister-in-law Epifania Ramirez; nephews Henry Ramirez, Reyes Ramirez, Juan Ramirez, Edward Ramirez; niece Anna Maria Danowski; numerous great nephews and great nieces.
Visitation will begin at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 4, 2012 at Treviño Funeral Home, 226 Cupples Rd. followed by a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. that same evening. A procession will depart from the funeral home Thursday, January 5, 2012 at 9:15 a.m. for a 10:00 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. John Vianney Catholic Church. Interment will follow at San Fernando Cemetery No.3.
