Virginia Rivera Cervantes was called home to be with the Lord, on June 30, 2015 at the age of 67. She retired from Southwestern Bell, after working for them for over 28 years. Virginia enjoyed having fun, most of all; she loved going to have fun at Casinos. She will be greatly missed by all her family and friends. Virginia is preceded in death by loving husband Baldomero Cervantes, brother Jimmy Rivera, sister Margaret Rivera, and parents Guadalupe & Juan F. Rivera. She is survived by her loving daughters Lisa Aguilera (Ricardo), Victoria Duose (Mawuena), grandchildren; Alex Rueda Jr., Jose Martin Rueda (Brittney), Salome Duose, Ricky Duose, sisters Susie Dickens (Pete) and Esther Sepahi. A visitation will begin on Thursday, July 9, 2015 at 5:00 p.m. at Trevino Funeral Home, 226 Cupples Rd. with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. that same evening. A funeral procession will depart the funeral home on Friday, July 10, 2015 after a 10:00 a.m. Chapel Service with Interment to follow at San Fernando Cemetery III.
