Virginia H. Guevara

Virginia H. Guevara was called home to be with the Lord on March 5, 2012 at the age of 85. She is preceded in death by her parents Teodora and Raymundo Hernandez, husband Ramon P. Trevino, brother Jose Hernandez and sister Eva Hernandez. She was very appreciative of her family’s support and will always watch over them. Mrs. Guevara is survived by her children Mary Louise Trevino, Virginia Valenzuela, Ramon Trevino Jr., Edward Trevino, Elia Trevino and children of Alejo Guevara Sr., Alejo Guevara Jr. and Debra Ann Guevara, 19 Grandchildren, 32 Great Grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. She was a devoted Christian, loving mother, grandmother and friend, who touched the lives of everyone that shared her life. She dedicated 42 years in the medical field at University Health System. A special thanks to Dr. Carlos Jaen, Nurse Yvonne Herron, Cima Hospice and Mom’s House. Visitation will begin Friday, March 9, 2012 at 5:00 p.m.at Trevino Funeral Home, 226 Cupples Road, with a Prayer Service to begin at 7:00 p.m. that same evening. Chapel Service will begin at 10:00 a.m. Saturday March 10, 2012 at funeral home chapel. Funeral procession will depart thereafter. Interment to follow in San Fernando II.
