Wanda Walden Dennis

She was born in Austinville, AL on September 9, 1929 to Lewis and Eura Mae Walden.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Tom Dennis; and a daughter, Kathy Medley.

Her survivors include 2 daughters, Deborah Hawthorne and husband Julian, Jr. of Magnolia, TX, and Susan Hurley and husband Stephen of Tampa, FL; a son, Michael Dennis and wife Alice of Plant City, FL; 6 grandchildren, Julian Hawthorne III, Melissa Hawthorne, Ashley Wood, Matthew Hurley and wife, Lindsay, Caitlin Hurley, and Tyler Dennis; 6 great-grandchildren, Morgan, Jordan, and Kristan Hawthorne, Rebekah and Shannon Stranger, and Jackson Wood; 2 sisters, Mable Ann Burgess and husband Robert, and Charlotte McNamara and husband Cary; and a brother, David Walden and wife Barbara.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, August 15, from 11:30 am - 12:30 PM at Porter Loring Mortuary North.
