Wayne Jessup, age 95, passed away on Saturday, December 12, 2015. He was born on July 1, 1920 in Merriam, KS. He retired after 22 years of service from the U.S. Air Force and he also retired from the City of San Antonio as a Tax Collector. He was a wonderful loving friend who will be dearly missed.
Mr. Jessup was preceded in death by his wife, Helen Jessup; his father, Earl R. Jessup; his mother, Linnie B Jessup; step-mother, Alta Mae Jessup; and his brother, Lorin Jessup.
He is survived by his feline family, Shadow, Duchess and Sandy as well as many loving friends and extended family.
Visitation will be 2pm, Monday, December 21, 2015 with a 2:30 pm Prayer Service to follow at Sunset Funeral Home. The Graveside Service will continue at 3pm, Tuesday, December 21, 2015 at Sunset Memorial Park with Air Force Honors. Condolences may be offered at www.sunsetfuneralhomesa.com.
