A devoted husband, father, and decorated 27 year veteran of the U.S. Air Force, Bill served his God, Family and Country with honor and distinction.
William is survived by his loving wife, Julia Ann; sons, Michael Edward, Robert Wayne and Stephen Wade Dickey; 5 grandchildren; and sister, Joy Ghilespi.
