

A native San Antonian, he was born on May 16, 1919 to Franklin and Mary Elizabeth Hill.
He proudly served for four years in the U.S. Navy and as a Captain in the US Army during WWII. William was a medical administrator for the Veteran's Administration in San Antonio for several years.
For over 50 years, he was a charter member of the United States Power Squadron and Commander of the San Antonio Chapter.
He is preceded in death by his parents and his beloved wife, Betty Hill.
He is survived by his loving daughter, Leslie Jean, brothers: Herbert R. Hill (Brownsville, TX) and James R. Hill (Poteet, TX); several nieces and nephews and many wonderful friends and neighbors.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 5th from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm at Porter Loring on McCullough
