He was a Christian man who was an avid hunter all his life. Will enjoyed deer hunting; however, dove hunting was a passion for him. He graduated from Winston Churchill High School in San Antonio, Texas in 1981, after which he studied Beef Cattle Science for a number of years at Texas State Technical Institute in Waco, Texas. He was a cattle rancher on the family's ranch in East Texas and was a member of the Brangus Breeders Association.
He is survived by his mother, Mary Lou Rogers Hornbuckle, and father, William Edward Hornbuckle, III, both of San Antonio, Texas; his sisters, Elizabeth Heather Hornbuckle and Margaret Meredith Hornbuckle Browne, both of Austin, Texas; and his brothers, James Wesley Hornbuckle of Cedar Park, Texas, and Bradford Palmer Hornbuckle of Pipe Creek, Texas.
We will all miss Will. We love him dearly. God bless him.
