Mr. Lock graduated from Austin High School and from Texas A & M University, Class of 1952.
He was a veteran of the Korean War and served as a paratrooper, 11th Airborne, U.S. Army. Mr. Lock retired as a Special Investigator from the U.S. Department of Labor, Wage and Hour Division, after a career of 38 years.
He is survived by his loving wife, Michele Lock; brother, Alfred Lock IV and sister-in-law, Druena Lock. William and the late Jean Lock are survived by their daughters, Laura Bushell, Cheryl Lignell, Elaine Garrison, Cynthia Sims and Kathleen Fisher; nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren and also his stepdaughter, Heather Drew and granddaughter, Ava Drew.
