Bill enjoyed hunting, fishing, collecting minerals and was a voracious reader. He also loved attending the annual accordion festival with family and friends. He had a passion for grilling and was an accomplished cook. He was famous for his grilled brisket which was particularly delicious. He loved sports and enjoyed coaching his daughter Claire in soccer and attending her soccer games. Bill enjoyed travel and loved spending time with family and friends in Sayulita, Mexico.
He was a great husband, father, friend and co-worker and was compassionate to all and generous almost to a fault. Bill's love, compassion, kindness, dry wit and humor, and presence in all of our lives will be greatly missed. But the brilliant memories that we hold dearly in our hearts and minds will never diminish and he will remain with us always. Bill was truly a gift to us all and we give thanks to God that we were so blessed to have him in our lives and we look forward to seeing him again.
