

He was born February 5, 1923, in Dallas, to Ridgley and Elizabeth King Randolph. Bill graduated from Beverly Hills High School and earned a degree in accounting from Woodbury College, Los Angeles, CA.
He proudly served with the US Navy during WWII on the USS Black Hawk and was active with the annual ship reunions. He also worked as a ham radio operator with the Red Cross Disaster Relief and assisted with many other charity events.
After retirement, he enjoyed taking trips to Alaska and drove the Alcan Highway, which begins in Dawson Creek, in northeastern British Columbia, winds, northwesterly through Canada's Yukon and into the heartland of Alaska. He also was an outdoors enthusiast, as he loved boating, fishing and bicycling with his family.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and brother, Wright Randolph.
Bill is survived by his wife of 55 years, Charlotte; daughters, Wendy Killingsworth and husband, Scotty, Mary Maynor and husband, Bill; sons, Don and wife, Debra, Jon and wife, Marie, David and wife Suzanna, and Michael and wife, Deborah; sisters, Betsy Woodard, Myra Saylor and Nella Henninger; brother, Rich; 12 Grandchildren; 1 Great-Grandchild; cousins, Virginia Carlisle Gay of Dallas and Eleanor Brooks Brown of Houston; numerous nieces and nephews.
