William "Billy" Shaffer, age 45, passed away on Saturday, September 27, 2003 in San Antonio, TX.
Billy was born in Peru, Indiana on March 9, 1958.
He was preceded in death by mother, Carla Anne Shaffer; and twin sister, Patricia Anne Shaffer.
He is survived by his father, William L. Shaffer, Sr.; brothers, Kenneth Guins and Steven Shaffer; sisters, Pamela Affolter, Joey Clifford and Yvette Alvardo.
