Winnie is survived by her husband, Warren J. Mackey, whom she married in 1989; her children, Lara L. Lugo, and Lance J. Blount; her stepdaughter, April M. Mackey; and her grandchildren, Benjamin Lugo, Alex Lugo, Isabella Blount, and Bean Blount.
