Yolanda Cisneros Zavala

Yolanda is survived by her four children, son John Christopher Zavala Jr. (Anna), daughters Lorraine Zavala Frey (Brendan), Annette Zavala Idar (Michael), and Elaine Marie Zavala. She was a beloved sibling to her sisters Dora Ferrer, Diana Zavala, and brother Clemente Cisneros Jr. She was also adored by her 10 grandchildren, nieces and nephews, and extended family.

Yolanda was married to her loving husband, Juan, and enjoyed 49 years of marriage. She dedicated her life to supporting their four children and was a devoted military spouse. She loved visiting new destinations as she traveled alongside Juan to various countries and states throughout their time together. She was also an avid sports fan attending Spurs games as a season ticket holder and enjoyed playing her favorite slot machines at Casinos around the country. She always enjoyed life to the fullest!

Her life was adored by many, and her memory will be forever lasting by the people she knew. She will be greatly missed.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm, on Friday, August 12, 2022, at Porter Loring Mortuary North.
