Mrs. Jones was preceded in death by her son, Jeff Kelly, and husband, Arthur A.B. Jones. Kay is survived by her two daughters, Kimberly Parrish, and Kerri Miller; grandchildren, Lauren Parrish, Colton Cappetta, and Karis Miller.
The family would like to give special thanks to Dr. Richard Reed, and Dr. Michael Dullea, both of Brooke Army Medical Center, as well as the countless friends and neighbors for their love and generosity.
