Zoltan William Windsor, MD was born in Romania on December 3, 1918 to Zdenko & Zsofia (Tulit) Windschnurer and passed away on September 29, 1912. He served in the United States Army and retired as a Captain. Dr. Windsor was a physcian for the United States Air Force. He is survived by his wife, Helen; daughter, Dr.Vivian Kerr and husband, Kenneth; son, William Windsor and wife, Tatyana; grandchildren, Bobby Kerr, Brian Kerr, Lauren Kerr, William Windsor, Alexander Windsor and Christina Windsor. Graveside services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, October 9, 2012 at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
