

Adalberto Juan Juarez, age 93, of San Bernardino, California passed away on Thursday January 18, 2018. Adalberto was born January 21, 1924 in Colton, California to Pedro Juarez and Maria De La Luz Arriola Juarez Reyes.
He was married to Mary Magdalena Juarez in 1949. Adalberto worked for Sante Fe Railroad and the Conservatory Corp. Prior to that he served as Military Police in the US Army Air Corp, and was abroad in Europe from 1943 to 1946. He was a member of the VFW and was a passionate Minority Rights Activist, Community Organizer.
Adalberto is survived by his children, Delbert, Richard, Phyllis, and Maria De La Luz; 17 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; siblings, Celestino A. Juarez, Arsenio A. Juarez, Ernesto A. Juarez, Roberto Saul Juarez, Ophelia A. Juarez, Daniel A. Juarez, Juana Elidia Juarez, Hortensia Reyes, Jose A. Reyes, Luis A. Reyes, Raquel Reyes and Juan Antonio Reyes; goddaughter, Lorraine Riveros.
Visitation for Adalberto will be held on Thursday, January 25, 2018 from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM at Mt. View Mortuary & Cemetery, 570 East Highland Ave, San Bernardino, CA 92404; with Funeral Service to follow at 10:00 AM. A Committal Service will on Thursday, January 25, 2018 at Mt. View Cemetery of San Bernardino.
