Crescencio E Jacobo Jr.

Crescencio (Chris) E. Jacobo Jr. entered eternal rest on January 8, 2018 at the age of 83. Born in Cucamonga, CA. on January 5, 1935. Jacobo a veteran of the United States Navy and a retired Communication Technician of 33 years with AT&T and worked seven years with the U.S. Department of Forestry. He was a long time resident of San Bernardino, he was also a member of the Knights of Columbus Council 905 and served as a Financial Secretary. Member of the Knights of Columbus 4th Degree Fray Francisco Dumetz Assembly 0055 where he participated in the Honor Guard, and a member of the American Legion Post 650. He was a member of Saint Bernardine's Catholic Church where he served on the Stewardship Ministry as a Collection Counter, Parish Council, and a Eucharistic Minister. He enjoyed reading, dancing, traveling, camping, fishing, and being with his family.

He is preceded in death by his parents Crescencio Sr. & Antonia Jacobo. Survivors include: his wife Nadine of 64 years of marriage. His sons Fernando, Xavier (Antoinette), and Jaime. His daughters Cynthia Martinez (Johnny), Christine Munoz all of San Bernardino, and Nadine Ramirez (Ricardo) of San Antonio, Texas. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews. Sisters: Sophie Renteria, Lydia Sandoval, Mary Mata, Linda Garcia, and Diane Jacobo all of San Bernardino. Preceded in death by his brothers: Robert Lawrence Jacobo & Denny Jaramillo. Sisters: Rosie Miranda, Cecilia Canalas and Isabel Valdez.

Visitation will be held at Mt View Mortuary & Cemetery on January 25th from 5:00pm-9:00pm with a rosary at 7:00pm.

Funeral Mass will be held at St Bernardines on January 26th at 10:00am with the Committal Service to follow at Our Lady Queen of Peace.
