What an amazing woman, having given birth to one of the most influencial guitarist ever, and remaining resilient and lucid deep into her late years. So many interviews and so much to share about her history and of course Randy. Rest in peace Dee.

I had always hoped to meet her. She is an inspiration for so many who searched beyond Randy's music. His life.. Her life.. touched the world because of their love for music and life. Truly a rock for those who longed to connect and learn where Randy got his strength.

I had just learned of Delores Rhoads passing away in November, I had been in a coma after a car accident last October 25 and just returned home today and learned of her passing by trying to catch up on all news while I was away (so to speak) but I just wanted to say that I thank her for bringing Randy to us as he was a great talented guitarist and my mentor, it was him that inspired me to learn guitar even though after he passed away I had lost my ambition to continue with it but I wish to pass along my condolences to the family even though its after the fact RIP Mrs. Rhoads

Just learned of Mrs. Rhoads' passing. She certainly was a strong woman whose passion for music will live on not only through Randy's legendary life, but through her other family members' lives and the many students she taught in her lifetime. What a gal!

Ms. Rhoads, both you and your beautiful son Randy brought out the best who attended your school Musonia. I know everyone who had lessons from you and Randy consider themselves blessed. You were ahead of your time on so many levels. Not only by opening a school which to this day is dedicated to teaching a craft to individuals from all walks of life, but opening the doors for women in a huge way. The common goal is music which in my opinion brings longevity to ones life and you are proof of that. You are a beautiful soul. I know Randy was waiting for you with open arms.

I fully understand the grief and void that is being felt by Kelle, Kathy and extended family members.

Thank you for all you gave to the music community and thank you Kelle for keeping your Moms love of Musonia going today.

Ms. Rhoads, you like Randy are an inspiration to all young people. You will be missed.

God Bless you and thank you so much for always welcoming and meeting Randy's fans. The fans truly appreciated you for sharing your stories of your life as well as Randy's.
