I just learned about Jake’s death a week ago, and this morning I was talking to someone who had been close to him at Elijah’s House, which is where I met Jake. I put his name on my prayer list for those who have ascended to the spiritual world. I wish I could’ve been of more help in this world! God bless you, Jake.

I’m heartbroken, I met Jake’s mom Alyssa when Kayla & Jeremy were in Kindergarten.  She became one of my best friends, like family.  I remember cooking with Alyssa  & Jake commenting on the food. He was always kind and a Sweetheart . He looked out for my girls like a brother.  Rest In Peace sweet Jake! Prayers for the family 🙏 

Jake was such a sweet boy and I liked the relationship between Matt and Jake. We took him with us to Ocotillo many times and the boys had a ball! He had plans with my 2 boys coming up! He was loved and will be missed by us all. Prayers to all who knew him!

Our prayers are with you during this most difficult time.🙏🙏🙏 I hope that the comfort of our lord can ease your pain and know that Jacob is with him in Heaven. 

Jay & my Ortolano cousins - Although I never met Jake, I am so saddened to learn of your loss.  We can all, hopefully, take some comfort in knowing that he is now with Jesus, but it is so difficult enduring the emptiness that a loved one leaves us with when they return home to God.  My thoughts and prayers will be with you all.

Jake, my brother Jay's son, was born into my brothers family right after our own son. As young parents we always wished the best for our children. The years went by fast every holiday, communion, birthday, confirmation was a big Italian celebration. It is unimaginable to know the pain of losing a son. Our whole family is in prayer with the days to come. 

Jake I shared too many memories with you brother some good some bad . But all in all we were Homies for a time being and I can’t pinpoint the best or worst . But I’ll never forget when we snuck my dads dirt bikes outta the house and you did I blind jump and we had to pull out my dads dirt bike outta a ditch in the rain . Peace & love brother rest easy 

I used to volunteer in Jake’s and Anna’s classroom in the OR and always thought he was a sweet young man…
