Adrian and family, I am very sorry to hear of Jims passing. Jim is the third person that I have had the great pleasure of knowing and working for who has had ALS. I know that it has been a tough road these last years but what I do know is that he is with God now, breathing and moving freely about in the heavens above. This is a much better place for him then being on earth with this terrible disease. When I lost my best friend to this disease, I told him that he shall never be forgotten and that his passing will allow those that knew how hard he fought in those last few years will give us here the strength to power through those tough times that we encounter during our lives. Nothing that we deal with will ever be like what he and Jim had to deal with. Jim was a great leader, teacher and person and well ahead of those in his field of air traffic when in came to empowering his troops. He taught me many things in the work environment and I shall never forget him. May God continue to watch over you and your family. God Bless.
