Joanne Rosetta White-Jordan was born in Chicago, Illinois at Cook County Hospital on May 12, 1956 to Rosetta Pauline Sayers-White and Joe Nathan White. She was the oldest of 7 children. Joanne attended Elementary School in Nicodemus, KS as well as Elementary School in Los Angeles. She then moved to San Bernardino in 1965. Joanne became a seamstress at the young age of 12 years old designing clothing for her dolls. From her dolls she began making patterns. As she started having children she designed booties, clothing and blankets for her children and family. Joanne attended Cajon High School and for summer Joanne went to visit her father Joe White. While visiting her father Joanne met my father Donald Perkins Sr. and Conceived her first of 10 children Donald Perkins Jr. Joanne Rosetta White-Jordan is a loving, honest, giving, kindhearted woman that would give you her shirt off her back. Joanne leaves behind 10 children Donald Perkins Jr., Laticia Perkins, La Niece Perkins, Keena Jordan, Melvin Jordan, Jermaine Jordan, Leon White, Joanna White, Akeem White and Katrina White.
