Johnnie Mae Key

Born :Johnnie Mae Hale in Pioneer Louisiana to Charlie & Evelyn (Grimes)Hale. Second of Fourteen Children. She was raised in a loving Christian home. Johnnie accepted christ at an Early age at Magnolia Baptist Church she sang in the choir where her voice was a blessing to many. She then Married Mac David Key Sr. In Las Vegas Neveda. Relocating to San Bernardino California of this Union Five Children were Born.

Johnnie took Pride in raising her children. She was a loving and caring mother, grandmother and great grandmother She loved the Lord an attended Mt. Zion missionary Baptist Church under the Leadership of Reverend Henry L. Campbell.

On February 12th in the early morning God called Johnnie Mae on Home.

She leaves to Cherish her Memory her husband of Many years Mac David key Sr. four Children: Darnell( Yvette) Key, Denise( Troy) Parker, Evelyn Dukes- McCall (Pooh), Janice Gray

Siblings: Ethel Gray, Janie Jordan, Loretha Hale, Betty Crockham, Florence Wilson, Sherry Sargent, Arellia Clark, Fred Hale, Danny Hale. Irving Hale, Britty Hale.

Known as " Big Momma" she leaves an abundance of 12 Grandchildren, 22 Great- Grandchildren, 10 Great-Great Grandchildren who all Loved and Admired Her!

Johnnie Mae is Preceded in Death by her Parents Charlie and Evelyn Hale. Two brothers Charles and Richard Hale.

One Great-great grand Child Terrell Louis

Two Sons who she Adored Murphy Lee Key and Mac David key Jr.

Johnnie Mae Key legacy will live on in the lasting impact she had on everyone in this family for generations to come.
