

Our beloved Martin Leyva, 56, of San Bernardino, CA passed away, returning to his heavenly home on December 22, 2021.Martin was the youngest of ten Leyva children, born in Fontana, CA, to the late Francisco Leyva and Maria Duran Leyva. He attended San Gorgonio High School. Four words to describe Martin: kind, caring, loving, and had a huge heart. He truly enjoyed spending time with friends and family. He loved to be out, exploring, sightseeing, and taking trips. Martin had many adventures with his son Martin Jr., to Mexico and Las Vegas. Those who knew him knew he was a teddy bear; he loved to go to the beach, dance, and listen to Santana. Martin was a Rams and Dodgers fan. Martin also had his phone, camcorder, or digital camera rolling at all times to capture all the memories throughout the years.
He had a lifelong passion and love for low-riders. He attended car shows with his brothers, family, and friends. He liked to see live music and be on the beach; he especially loved attending low-riders and beach events. Everyone that knew Martin knows that he loved his family. His warm, charming demeanor, kind heart, and infectious laugh will be missed and cherished forever. Martin was survived by his Son; Martin Leyva, Jr., Sisters, Alice Navarro, Irma Flores; Lydia Lechuga and Mary Leyva; and several nieces and nephews. Martin is reunited and celebrating in heaven with loved ones; father; Francisco Leyva, mother; Maria Duran; brothers; Dagoberto, Eleazar, Frank (Junior), Ricardo Leyva; sister; Evelia Cyr, and many others.
