Mary was a force—full of grit, opinions, and love. As a young woman, she had dreams and vitality, and though life wasn’t easy, she faced it with strength and gave everything she had to care for those she loved. Her sacrifices ensured others had a home, a meal, and a chance, shaping countless lives along the way.
Even though she’s no longer here, her love and strength live on in the lessons she taught and the memories we carry. She’s part of me, my family, and the way we try to care for others. I hope we remember her in all her dimensions: the vibrant young woman, the selfless caretaker, and the resilient soul she was. May she finally truly know rest.

Good morning Aunt Mary. 2 years has gone by without you. We all miss you very much and my cuzz Tina. I miss our morning conversations when you would be up really early like me like I am now typing this. Darlene misses you alot to I can tell. Man I miss you. I love ❤️ you and Please look over my girls for me.

I remember how you use to grow that “you know what”, lol, and feed the cows lol me and Joseph were bad lol

You will truly be missed. Thank you for all the years of advice you gave me. I remember calling you almost everyday when I moved to Texas because I didn't know how to cook. I called to ask you to make the simplest things and you would go step-by-step with me over the phone. Oh how I remember that like it was yesterday. You are not resting and with no more pain. It's not goodbye, it's I'll see you later.
