A visitation for Noel will be held Saturday, February 8, 2020 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Mt. View Mortuary & Cemetery, 570 East Highland Ave, San Bernardino, CA 92404, followed by a funeral service from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
