Patricia "Irish Eyes" Carter-Ojeda

Patricia Louise Carter-Ojeda was granted her wings on January 30, 2016. At 77 years of life, she never lost her spark and love of life. She was born in Topeka, Kansas to the late Lloyd and Helen Miller. Her final days were spent surrounded by family and friends that Patricia touched in some small way throughout her memorable life.

Patricia's life would seem too short to many, but those who were touched by her understood that the quality of existence far exceeds the quantity of time in which one lives. Her gentle smile brought so much joy to everyone. Although she was frail, she gave us such courage and hope and reminded us of the preciousness of life.

She was a devoted wife, loving mother, grandmother and a dear friend to many. Patricia will be missed by all who knew and loved her and will remain in our hearts forever.

She is survived by her devout husband, Charles Ojeda, her two sons, Dennis Carter (Holly) and Steven Carter (Kim), her daughter Angie, her stepchildren, Charles III, Jeremy, Kayleigh, Chase (predeceased) and her loving grandchildren, Alex, Emily, Matthew, Amber, Blythe, Melinda, Samantha, Elizabeth and Christopher. Her siblings, her sisters, Virginia (predeceased), Mary and her brother, John, and numerous other relatives.
