Our beloved Richard " Flicka" Gomez went home to be with the Lord on February 21 , 2016. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Elna Gomez and three sons, Richard Jr., Steven, and Jimmy, nine grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren and nine great grandchild. Richard was survived by his sister Lupe Aguilar, Delores Ramos, and Angie Guillen, and his brothers Joe, Rudy, John, Arthur, and Edward. Richard served in the Army as a paratrooper, 82nd Airborne. Services will be held at Mt. View Mortuary & Cemetery. Visitation is Friday March 4 at 10:00 a.m. with service at 11:00 a.m. and graveside to follow.
