Vangie Vialpando was born to Gilbert Andrew Vialpando and Cecilia Vialpando on June 17, 1955 at The General Hospital. Vangie had a host of brothers, sisters, and cousins. Vangie gave eight children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Vangie will be missed but her presence will live on.
