Vann Sem, 59, passed away on October 9, 2012 at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center in Colton, California. A resident of San Bernardino for over 30 years, Vann worked as a machinist. He is survived by his spouse Phalla Sou, sons Victor, Timothy and Matthew and daughter Rennet and 3 grandchildren. A memorial service and memorial "walk" will be held on Saturday, October 13, 2012 at Mt. View Mortuary and Cemetery.
