A memorial service for Vernon will be held Thursday, February 9, 2023 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Mt. View Mortuary & Cemetery, 570 East Highland Ave, San Bernardino, CA 92404. Following the memorial service will be a committal service from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Riverside National Cemetery, 22495 Van Buren Blvd, Riverside, CA 92518.
