Vincent Gabriel Espindola passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, July 27th 2024, leaving a void in the hearts of all who knew and loved him. The proud born and raised San Bernardino native had just celebrated his 44th birthday on June 30th. Vincent, or known to many as Vince, Vito, or Chente, was an honorable and hardworking warehouseman in the plumbing industry for just over 15 years. Vince grew up on Congress street and attended San Gorgonio High school.
Vince loved all sports but he developed a special passion for football and spent many a weekend coaching his son's team and cheering them on from the sideline, with his 'encouragement' being heard from fields away. He was a gentle old soul and was well-known for his quick wit, funny disposition, and willingness to always give a smile and help anyone.
Vince enjoyed many facets of life and enjoyed his family gatherings. Nicknamed ‘Grill Master’ by his family, he dutifully manned the grill for all family events. He played, collected, and was an all around enthusiast of all video games and consoles. He found joy in fishing, listening to country, rap, or reggae music, and enjoying a nice cigar paired with whiskey.
Vince is preceded in death by his grandparents, Daniel and Rachel Hernandez. He is survived by his loving wife of 12 years, Jessica (Gonzales); his daughters, Linayha (21), Amaliah (8), his son, Saiah (11); his parents, Jose and Stella Espindola; two sisters, Celina Espindola and Gabi Caves; Brother-in-Law, James Caves; grandmother, Josefina Figueroa; three nieces and one nephew; several aunts and uncles; cousins; and many close friends who Vince considered family.
Vince’s wife and family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude for the outpouring amount of support shown during this time.
Services will take place on August 19th at Mt. View Mortuary & Cemetery in San Bernardino at 10 a.m.. With a Celebration of Life Reception immediately following at The Eagles Hall, 895 9th st San Bernardino CA, 92410.
