Angeles R. Cajusay, age 88, passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 16, 2020 due to natural causes at Inova Fairfax Hospital in Fairfax, VA. She was born on April 2, 1932 in Leyte, Philippines. She married Porfirio Cajusay, Sr in Manila. Together, they have nine children and lived in Olongapo City. She came to the United States in 1979 and lived in San Diego where she spent most of her time supporting her children in raising their kids. Angeles is survived by her children: Leonardo & Marissa, Renato & Fely, Amelita & Edgar, Porfirio Jr & Celia, Romeo & Cecil, Aida & Vergel, Amelia & Mike, Alma & Reimar, and Norlito; 18 grandchildren, Joanne, Raymond, Charles, Hazel, Jessica, Kevin, Dean, Vanessa, Kristine, Joseph, Ryan, John, Sarah, Kay, Carlo, Jello, Rocel, and Roy; 19 great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; family, friends, and others whose lives Angeles touched. Angeles, also known as "Lola", was a very loving, kind, funny, and caring grandma to all her grandkids and great grandkids. She will be greatly missed, especially, during family gatherings and special occasions."
