

She will be remembered for her amazing sense humor, generosity, unwavering optimism and for the countless ways she touched the lives of family, friends, and community. Whether through her accounting work, or simply through everyday acts of kindness. Susie made the world brighter.
A life filled with dancing, beach days, creating beautiful glass art and adventures in some of her favorite places like San Francisco and Lake Tahoe. We celebrate her spirit that lived fully, loved deeply, and found happiness in every moment.
Susie (Grandma Beach) is survived by her loving husband, David Tomasin, sisters Jane (Craig) Roubinek, Pam (Larry) Whalen, daughters Michelle (Michael) Dutra, Tani (Paul) Duke, Noelle (Mike) Bernal and Elsa (John) Gallen, Grand Children - Andrew, Ashley, Clayton, Courtney, Jeannice, Stella and Whitney, Great grandchildren - Callum, Elly, Ira, Lorelai, Whitney and her beloved dog Rascal who will forever cherish the memories they shared.
A service honoring Susie’s life will be held on March 13, 2026 at 11 am at El Camino Memorial Park, 5600 Carroll Canyon Road San Diego, California 92121, space 366. Followed by a reception nearby at her daughter Tani's home in Carmel Valley.
Susie’s presence will be deeply missed, but the love, laughter, and giving spirit she shared made everyone feel like family. The legacy she leaves behind will continue to inspire and guide all who were fortunate to know her.
